Gnana Raju was a District Registrar, working for Government of Andhra

Pradesh under Group I services. Responding to a news paper

advertisement, his wife Cynthia went to a Herbalife Opportunity Meeting at

I was into traditional transport business for seven years before I got into Herbalife

business. I hired Lorries and supplied building materials. I used almost travel 200

kms everyday to get any orders. I got fed-up with that and ventured into small scale

businesses like mushrooms culturing, chocks manufacturing, doll manufacturing

etc. With so many different businesses I only ended up with a debt of over Rs.5

lakhs and was completely stressed out. Luckily on 29th Sep 2007, I saw a “Work from

Home” ad in a news paper. I immediately called and approached the invitee. I also

attended the Herbalife Opportunity Meeting and learnt that you can achieve anything

you expect out of your life. I immediately signed up as a distributor on 2nd Oct 2007,

started to use the Herbalife products and lost amazing 12 kgs in 2 months. I became

a supervisor on 22nd Oct 2007, when I learnt that it was more beneficial to earn whole

some profit as a supervisor. Later I attended the supervisor training at Malaysia and

gathered lot of information. I was inspired with the training & started business full

time. I committed myself to this business and my journey has been great since then.

I qualified as a World Team Member in the second month of my business and then

method for 2 years, and later adapted to the nutrition club concept. The duplication

My journey began with Herbalife through an “earn extra income” flyer in

2004 when I was looking for some similar opportunity because of heavy loss in

my transport business; I had over 8.5 lakh debt on me.

After attending an HOM, I immediately decided to join the company

(Herbalife) but I had no money to buy IBP. I borrowed money from my

friend, I became a distributor and arranged some more money to become

Success builder in Jan 2005. I started using products and gained solid 9kg

muscle mass.

It took me 9 months to become a Supervisor and again 5 years to become

World Team. In those years I’d been through so many ups & downs, but due

to my positive mental attitude and strong belief in Herbalife I managed to

My first months cheque income was Rs. 2,500 and my last 3 month cheque

I am associated with Herbalife since December 2006. Initially I was working at

an auditor’s office as office boy. My salary was only Rs.3500/- per month with

which I had to take care of my entire family. My life was miserable and was

not able to run my family with my earnings. My mother was working as a

house maid and my father was working as a watchman trying to support our

family. We lived in a very cramped house, which was just 150 sq ft situated in

a slum area. One room was all we had and where everyone lived together. I

felt helpless that I was not able to do anything to improve our situation.

Before Herbalife I was obese and had health problems. Using the wonderful

Herbalife products my health problems came under control and I also lost 8

kilos of weight in just 2 months. My first month part time Herbalife income was
